1. WHO WE ARE

2. USE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING 
We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing communications via email, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of offering personalised content and products to customers in emails and on websites. When we send emails, we record impressions on the individual's page of the messages received and clicks on links in the messages received. In order to provide better and more targeted offers and to tailor follow-up messages, we automatically process, analyse, profile and evaluate the interest of our customers in the messages we send. We do not make automated decisions based on the data recorded and the profiles created.
For the purpose of email notifications, we store:
- email address,
- the name of the organisation,
- Name,
- surname,
- spol.

We collect personal data with the explicit consent of individuals. Consents are stored together with their content and the content of the form used to obtain them.
Personal data is used by our following departments:
- Sales,
- Marketing,
- Customer support,

- Leadership.

3. OUTPUT
We store our personal data collections on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not export them to other countries.

4. RETENTION PERIOD
We keep the personal data of the data subject until the consent to store and process the data of the data subject is withdrawn. Upon revocation of the consent of the data subject, we shall promptly delete the personal data concerning him or her in an effective and permanent manner.
Should the purposes for which we store and process personal data as described above cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and effectively delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.
We keep data on impressions of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for at least 12 months after the message was sent.

5. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
Any individual may at any time request his or her personal data
- Insight,
- Correction,
- complete deletion,
- transfer to another provider of related services,
- suspend processing and storage or withdraw consent to processing and storage without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal.

In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data were collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information as set out in this document before such further processing.

Any individual may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia - if he or she considers that his or her rights with regard to the protection of personal data have been violated by us in any way:
